Notes

A large male deer faces the camera dead-centre in a dark, moody forest. Light is narrow and frontal, likely a single ambient shaft or subtle fill, illuminating the animal's face and chest while the surrounding woodland falls to near-black. The palette is cool teal-green in the shadows with warm amber leaf accents overhead. Contrast is extreme, depth of field shallow enough to separate the subject cleanly. The mood is cinematic, mythic, and foreboding.
