A heavy urban snowstorm at night, lit almost entirely by artificial sources: streetlights, a tram's headlights and illuminated bus shelters cast cold blue-teal ambient light against warm amber signage. Snow particles catch the light and create a dense, swirling foreground texture. Depth is shallow-to-moderate, with a lone silhouetted figure mid-ground and tall buildings receding into darkness.
