Notes

Golden-hour backlight from a low sun setting directly behind the subject creates a warm rim glow and deep silhouette. The palette runs from deep violet in the foreground stone through magenta and amber in the sky. Shallow depth of field isolates the figure against a softly blurred cityscape and river. Contrast is high between the dark foreground and luminous horizon, producing an introspective, cinematic mood.
