Notes

Bright, soft, diffused daylight from above — likely a large window or overcast sky — creates an even, near-shadowless field across a white surface. The palette is clean and high-key: white base, vivid pinks, reds and yellows from scattered flowers, and muted landscape tones on the book covers. Depth of field is deep, keeping all four books and surrounding petals sharp. Contrast is low and airy, mood is fresh, editorial and aspirational.

Look character

High-key, flat-lay composition on a white surface with subjects arranged in a horizontal rowSoft, even diffused light with minimal shadows — consistent with a large north-facing window or lightboxSaturated floral colours pop against the white background with no blown highlightsDeep depth of field keeps all elements from edge to edge in sharp focus

Difficulty

Straightforward: everyday light and a normal exposure.
